But still unbalanced, while the Democrats will restore the congress to its proper legislative capacity and will allow it to no longer be a rubber stamp for the President, we must remember that the most contemptuous president in history will still be in the Whitehouse. President Bush has, by his actions, proved that he is contemptuous of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution in general, the international community and world opinion, and most telling of all the American people. While his dreams of an Imperial Whitehouse may be gone, I believe that we must watch closely to protect our freedom from men that believe that we should be ruled instead of lead.
